Artists of the 2015 57th Street Art Fair

I admire my fellow artists who brave uncertain weather changes in tents to sell their work in art fairs. It's something I realize I don't want to do. Still, I enjoy frequenting outdoor art fairs as much as possible. And the 57th Street Art Fair in Hyde Park is one I look forward to. Here are some of my favorites.

I finally made a new painting! I know, right? It took forever. I was working in my studio, but on mini paintings and ornaments, mostly. Nothing I felt like photographing. But I am happy with the way this piece turned out. As I continue working smaller, I am excited about the variety of pieces I will be able to create and hang on the wall of my studio.

Fall in Love With Art 2015

So in my last blog post I wrote a little about getting dis-engaged. I decided to sell my ring and use the proceeds to fund a fun photo shoot at Vavoom Pinups to promote my February open studio.

In spite of everything, I am still a romantic at heart. Valentine's Day has a certain allure. I once again found myself inspired to have another special event. What can I say? I look forward to it each year, and so do my Barbies.

Last year, Nikki was dating 3 guys. This year she chose to settle down with one of them. His name is Darren.

Midge and Ken are still together.  They are both enjoying the new art in the gallery's collection.

All the mini artwork in the gallery is available for purchase exclusively at my studio. Maybe I will see you there.
