My newest project has been in the works for a while, going all the way back to 2011. I was still working on The Doll Project, and wanted to improve my doll photography skills. I practiced by taking photos of some of the dolls I had collected or acquired over the years, including a hand-me-down Penny Brite doll that I only came to appreciate as an adult. As much as I found it cathartic to create The Doll Project, I still wanted to do a doll photo series that was just cute, whimsical, and fun. I finally got around to doing that this year. Now I am happy to introduce you to Little Miss Retro.
These items, as well as many more, are now available in my new Zazzle store. I plan on taking more photos and when I add new items, posting about them on here, so stay tuned!
